Professional Background
Dr. Pathirana graduated from the Faculty of Medicine, University of Colombo, and completed his internship at Colombo North Teaching Hospital. He obtained his MD in Surgery (University of Colombo) and subsequently completed Post-MD training in Surgical Oncology at Apeksha Hospital, Maharagama.
